It was the best night!
It felt so magical!
I was so sure I did the right thing!
But the magic was broken tonight.
It became the worst night.
It became a nightmare.
I was so wrong about it.
You must be wondering what is happening...that's the feelings I got from last week and this week Night safari experience.
Night safari itself was a really good place to be
but only if you are a visitor.
If you are going in as a trainee,
maybe you might want to reconsider it.
To think that I thought that emo season is gone...
They might be the best service people
but they are the worst educators.
How is that so? Just take a look below...
Scenario 1:
Trainer: "I will like all of you to give comments, positive but more negative."
Trainee: ?!
Throughout the whole test, I could count the number of good comments he gave but I lost count for the bad ones...
The Trainer might be thinking that the trainee will be learning from their mistakes...
True fact?
He just killed the confidence of the trainees.
Scenario 2:
After 1 round of mostly negative comments...
The messages that they convey to me based on my understanding...
Trainer 1: You are so stupid, don't you have BRAINS?
Trainer 2: I am so disappointed in all of you...
Worst part: She compare to her PREVIOUS class...
Trainer 3: I think everyone fail...
3 more rounds of negative comments...
The trainer might be thinking that if they relate their true feelings to the trainees, they will reflect on their actions.
True fact?
You just pissed everyone off.
Scenario 3:
Basically, after all the comments above, they said this...
"Well, at least I did not hear singlish!"
The trainer might be thinking it could cheer the trainees up since they were really quiet...
True fact?
The damage is done, that's no point in that AT ALL.
Solution to all these problems?
LEAVE!
